HOME NURSING TRAINING
Training for services:
Eligibility:
• Both boys and girls after 18 years of age with a spirit of service to the elderly/ ailing persons are eligible to get training and engagement.
• 8th pass and above.
Duration:
The training shall be for 90 days or 270 hours, whichever comes earlier.

• Personal Care
• Medical Care
• Preventive Health Care
• Support Health Care
• Bedside Care
• Catheter Care
• Palliative Care
• Tracheostomy Care
• Bed ridden Care
• Stroke Care
• Geriatric Care
• Creation of positive environment
• Positive attitude and behavioural practices.
Accommodation:
During training and transitory engagement periods, accommodation will be provided freely by maintaining strict discipline.
Food:
Food to be prepared by the trainees at their own cost. However, provision for cooking shall be provided at the place of accommodation.
Medical treatment:
Every trainee should have BSKY card or Health Insurance at the time of entry. In the absence of all such cards/ Insurance the trainee to bear all costs of the medical care during any illness. Our existing home nurses will attend in case of hospitalization.
