HOME NURSING SERVISES
Purpose:
The training and application of services are designed for earning of the unemployed youngsters during serving to the indisposed human and creation of a positive fellow feeling & motherly hood environment. During the busy schedule of family members and earning heads how to create a service and care environment for the elderly parents is of prime importance.
Short term services:
Home Nurses can be engaged for a period, ranging from one month to 3 months on requisition, subject to safety and security of the care givers.
Long term services:
Home Nurses can continue to provide service for a period of one year with auto renewal of 3 years subject to safety and security of the caregivers.
Mobile services:
Mobile services can be provided by trained, experienced and registered travel nurses on Ventilator care, Tracheostomy Care, Catheter Care, Infusion care, Ryles Tube care, Injections, IV Line Care, Oxygen administration, wound dressing, vaccination etc.
This service shall be given with an advance notice of 12 hours.

Registration:
Once in a calendar year the service taker to register name on patient/ elderly person’s name on payment of Rs. 500 as registration charges.
Waiting:
After the registration there will be a home visit at the cost of the care taker to verify the feasibility and type of service required. Home Nurses shall be engaged subject to availability within a month, else the registration fee to be refunded.
Deployment:
Home nurses will be deployed on registration by giving utmost priority to the care taker. Every short- or long-term home nurses are to be given at least 8 hours for sleeping to meet the emergent need of the care taker. They are to be given at least 2 days off during a month or charges in lieu of two days. A Tri patriate agreement of care taker, Care giver and the trainer to be made prior to posting.
The home nurse to be given safe accommodation and food during the days of staying at the cost of the care taker.
Dispersal feedback:
The home nurse to be dispersed either after the end of the service or contract, which ever comes earlier. The care taker to give feedback about the home nurse service for better future services by the team.

Advance & Monthly Payments:
After the home visit and signing of the Tri patriate agreement, one month advance to be deposited for hiring the services. Monthly service donations are to be remitted with in 3rd day of the month to continue the service facility else the services are deemed to be withdrawn and the home nurse to get back to the training centre. Charges for mobile registered travel nurses shall be negotiated on call. “all payments for home nurse services are purely treated as donations and is charitable by nature.”
Closure of Service:
The home nurse to be returned to the training centre after the closure of the duty either on death of the care taker or end of the contract at the cost of the care taker. Full month donation to be provided if the Home Nurse is engaged prior to 15th of the month otherwise -15 days charges if reports on or after 15th of the month.
